Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the noBlood mobile application and the website at noblood.io (together, the "Service"), operated by noBlood, LLC ("noBlood," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use noBlood. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. What noBlood Is — and Is Not

You are solely responsible for determining whether engaging in wagering activity with other users is lawful in your jurisdiction. noBlood makes no representation that wagering is lawful in any particular location and disclaims all liability arising from your decision to do so.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You may delete your account at any time, subject to settling any outstanding ledger balances first.

4. Guest Players

If you add a "guest" player who does not have a noBlood account, you represent that you have the right to share that person's name, handicap, and contact information with us for the purpose of tracking the round and any associated ledger entries on their behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide about guest players.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

• The noBlood Degenerate plan is an optional paid yearly subscription that unlocks unlimited rounds and outings.
• Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. noBlood does not store your payment card information.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew annually unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; you will retain access through the end of your current paid period.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we may otherwise determine in our sole discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including wagering in a jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data, or to any part of the Service's infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including through automated means, bots, or scraping
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as your profile photo or game data). By submitting content, you grant noBlood a license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to operate the Service, including showing your name and results to other players in a shared match or outing.

8. Intellectual Property

The noBlood name, logo, and the Service's design, software, and content (excluding user-submitted content) are the property of noBlood, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use noBlood's trademarks, branding, or copyrighted material without our prior written permission.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us at hi@noblood.io with a description of the work, the allegedly infringing material, and your contact information, and we will investigate.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT SCORE CALCULATIONS, HANDICAP CALCULATIONS, OR LEDGER BALANCES WILL BE ERROR-FREE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING ANY FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENT WITH OTHER USERS BEFORE SETTLING.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOBLOOD, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF MONEY WAGERED OR OWED BETWEEN USERS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. NOBLOOD'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO NOBLOOD, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Disputes Between Users

noBlood is not a party to, and assumes no responsibility for, any wager, debt, or financial arrangement between users. Disputes about amounts owed, game results, or settlement are solely between the users involved. noBlood is not obligated to mediate, investigate, or resolve such disputes, though we may provide record data (such as scorecards) at our discretion to help users resolve disputes themselves.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
